The Villa Lyckan was a very nice, cozy, quiet, comfortable, exciting and interesting experience for me. I loved walking through and looking into the beautiful outfitted, designed and equipped rooms that led a lot of questions and interest about the history of this house rise in my head. Including a very cozy livingroom where you could watch TV or play videogames, board games or billard in another very special room. So for sure with friends or family your stay there would never had become any sort of boring. The kitchen was very big and there was also everything you needed. There were several bathrooms and shower rooms that you could use. It also didn't feel any unpleasant to take off my shoes while staying in the house. A part of the sea is very near by and there i could watch the moon rising and there was a clear sky full of stars.
Everything went fine also with the self check-in and the codes.
I think this is a really great place and house to stay with a few friends for a few nights and having a very special time there inside and outside. And.i hope every following guest will keep it as good as it is now.

I've stayed here a few times now, a fresh, smart hotel with generously sized rooms, with tasteful interior and solid fittings. Rooms are quiet and some have great views over the old town. A nice sauna and a cool roof top bar, another one in the large entrance hall, where you also take your breakfast with a nice view. Cheap parking next door in a decent parking house. Very friendly receptionists.

The room was very stylish as part of a heritage house with history. Linen is provided and the duvet was very nice. Spacious room with ensuite shower and toilet. There's a very finely equiped shared kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea for guests. All instructions for a check-in outside reception hours are sent via email. Staff is friendly and helpful :-)

Place is modern and homely. Ultimately the pictures looked like the place. The hostess is super. She makes you feel very welcome. I rested very well. It's a great location near to Sundsvall, and several beaches around. This area is fantastic, and easy to love Sweden!
