The hotel is very interesting. Rooms are very authentic and in interesting styles. Staff is very professional and very kind. Everything is clean and managed as supposed to. The food was very fine and delicious but restaurant prices are not very competitive so if you are going to have meals in hotel restaurant bring more cash. Overall very pretty satisfied.
The surrounding is kind of there is not much to really see but the lake but there are some places to visit and are not to far, like maybe about 30 minutes ride.

Pleasant accommodation on the outskirts of Niš, close to the main transport routes and the highway. Perfect for one night.
We appreciated the very fast and smooth communication in English with the owners son (thanks, you were great) including navigation, parking on the property. We had apartment #2 (top floor), it's just a few steps up.

Location & breakfast are excellent. Woods all around with bird sounds. Outside temperature was 10 Degrees lower comparing to the tropical conditions in the nearest city.

It is a nice hotel. The food is excellent and the service is perfect. Rooms are clean, the location is great. Everything is near by. If desired to go out for a drink or a dinner the nearest restaurant ( I suggest Градска Кафана ) is 5 minutes walking distance.

The location was ideal, with it being in the center of the city and an incredible view of the river. Moreover, even with it being in the center of the city, it was especially quiet and serene. I felt safe and comfortable during my whole stay. The personel were very helpful, always responding to my needs with a smile.
