Had a small issue with the door handle, and was promptly solved by the owner. Great location in the city center, close to the train station. Very easy check in and check out, using an access code.

Excellent place to stay in center Piatra Neamt. Very clean, all modern, in city center, 30 min walk from train station, 5 min by taxi. The host is very nice and welcoming.
