The house is located in a side street off the main road, which was quiet. In front of the house there is an enclosed yard, so we could keep an eye on the motorbikes. There is also a small covered patio in the yard, it was nice to sit outside after arriving. There is a well equipped shared kitchen and fridge. The host was kind and helpful, we had black tea for breakfast but could have asked for coffee. Specially recommended for motorcyclists because of the enclosed yard and the location: the accommodation is located at the gate of the southern part of Transfăgărășan, so it is easy to avoid the traffic with an early departure.

Nice, clean and comfortable restaurant-hotel located conveniently on the Transfagaras highway, close to the Poenari citadel (sadly it is closed in the year 2023). Although the building is on the main road, it is not noisy in the room, because it is in a small town and the windows are on the side of the building. Good breakfast (chosen from the menu and additionally paid). Nice English-speaking people. Regular rooms have a balcony from which you could see some mountains in the distance. However, the name "bella vista" is far from reality;-)
