We were greeted by the owner Anna who welcomed us in from the rain even though we were early. We were offered a drink and settled into this beautiful space which has been recently refurbished. Our room was spacious and led out on to the garden, it was spotlessly clean with beautiful toiletries, the wifi was fast. The apartment is spectacular. The location, the rooms, the facilities, and the views are breathtaking. We were only there one night (Camino walkers) but could have stayed for a month. The location is stunning, with a view to eternity from the villa's mountainside position. It was a bit of a maze to find our way in at first but we quickly got used to the steep and twisting little roads. Arriving makes it all worth it. The villa is secluded with beautiful gardens, fruit trees and flowers. The pool is very private and there is a BBQ. The church bells ringing down in the valley all add to the ambiance. We found several lovely walks up and around and in the forests. The owner was very kind and helpful (those cherries were delicious Rui, thank you!)
