We are delighted with our stay at Jose's home and hope we can come back in the future. Our children (1 and 6) also enjoyed it a lot. I would say it's all about the smalls details and the attention José dedicated us. Every morning a complete and delicious breakfast that gave us strength for the rest of the day. Central location. Easy to get everywhere even without a car. The flat is in the prettiest area of the town. Train station and bus stops to Furadouro are close. Cafés, little bars and restaurants are all literally in front of the doorstep.

Breakfast was adequate and fresh. There was not a broad variety, but it was enough. My room was a bit spartan but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a wide sliding glass door with nice access to a deck.

Location, rooms (bunk beds) are not cramped, towels and linen provided even in shared rooms, place to wash/hang clothes to day, great restaurant downstairs, staff was always nice and helpful.
