Super hosts, very friendly and attentive but also give privacy. They were happy to suggest places to visit etc. The flat was spotless and well equipped, the pool was great. There was lots of outdoor seating, shade, a ping pong table, good wifi. A perfect base to explore from. There's a small supermarket within a 5 min walk. You can get the train from Trofa to Porto, Braga and Guimaraes. There's also a small kids playground within a couple of mins walk.

Very nice hotel, newly refurbished I was told. Staff friendly. Good size room. Wifi good. Bathroom good size. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from. Parking onsite.

I'd be honest. Without Miguel our rating for the facility would be a lot lower, but he manages this place very well. He made us feel at home and like family.
