Seeds of Silence has enchanted us! I was travelling with a friend along the Algarve coast, and unfortunately we had booked only 1 night at Seeds of Silence - we could have stayed there forever! A relaxing oasis in the middle of the countryside, and yet not far from the sea or the airport. The place looked already dreamlike on the pictures - and in real life it was just amazing! All the little details, the beautiful garden, the many „hidden“ corners where you can relax, the quiet atmosphere, the great pool area and especially the loving and warm hospitality of Cindy and her team made us not want to leave the place. In addition, Cindy accommodated us even though something went wrong with our booking on booking.com. She spontaneously invited us to come although her place was not bookable officially during that time. We were even able to participate in the yoga session and the wonderful healthy breakfast & dinner that was meant for the retreat participants. We love this special place of silence and will definitely come back for a 1 or 2 week retreat. The perfect place to unwind and come back to your center in the hectic everyday life. We loved our 4 week stay in Adelinos Guest House. Adelino & his wife were wonderful hosts, always on hand if we needed them but left us with privacy to enjoy our holiday too. Everything in the accommodation is brand new, very comfortable and clean. The house is very well equipped and has ample storage in both bedrooms. We loved the garden area, it is so well set out with attractive trees and plants. During our stay, Adelino added 15 chicks to his collection of feathered animals - it was great fun seeing them run around in Adelinos garden. The location was perfect for us, less than a 10 minute drive into Olhao, which has lots of cafes, restaurants plus a great new marina complex. We could walk to Gunthers Restaurant from Adelinos, wonderful food & very good value - highly recommended. We would have no hesitation in returning or recommending Adelinos to our family & friends.

Our hostess was so lovely! She explained the room, gate remote, and places to visit. Her breakfasts are large and delicious (bread, homemade yogurts, jams, egg, fruit, cheese, meat).
