Set in the small rural village of Fereira, this is a beautiful modern accommodation. We had a large comfortable clean room, a nice bed and a good bathroom. Ángela, our host, was a wonderful lovely lady who spoke perfect English and gave lots of good tips. Breakfast was really nice as well, with lots of local specialities. And of course there’s Foxy, the cute dog.

The best apartment we have been to. It had everything you could think of, from washing pods to salt and pepper. They even had left biscuits and coffee pods for breakfast. The rooms were great. There was no noise. And the view of the castle was spectacular.

I don't write Portugese, so in English. Everything is quite good. The location is fantastic. The owner, Henrique, is a very good host. He offers eggs and fuit and you can take rosmarin. When you ask something, he will provide it. The swimmingpool is excellent, There is even a possibility to do all kind of games, like ping pong. For children there are enough things to do.
This is our second visit. We love the location up in the mountains, this is self catering with limited cooking equipment. If you like quirky then this is the place for you. It is a work in progress and we take our hat off to the host who has built the holiday cottages. There is a games room, bar and dining area with outside patio area. The swimming pool is a work in progress currently but will be amazing when completed.
