Jose is really friendly and welcoming. We arrived late at night and he was patiently waiting for us and still took the time to give us plenty of useful advice on what to visit on the island. In general very good: a huge appartment with a fully equipped kitchen, including such things as salt, cooking oil, ketchup... Good communication, so no problem with the self check-in, I knew everything in advance.
The location is at the edge of the town, which is both positive and negative, depending on what you prefer. But the views to the Pico from the hill beyond the house shortly after the sunset are amazing :-)
