Overall, our stay at this hotel was good, with clean facilities and friendly staff. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our experience.
Firstly, the price was a bit overpriced considering the location. The hotel is quite remote and far from any supermarket, which made it inconvenient for getting supplies.
Additionally, our experience at the pool was less than ideal. Some other customers were very loud and disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy the pool area. The pool itself is not very large, so the noise and crowding significantly detracted from the comfort of the experience.
Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay thanks to the hotel's overall quality and the attentive staff.

The location is perfect. In the middle of a small valley, far from towns and villages.
It is quiet, relaxing, comfortable, very well kept.
The whole precinct is very nice, with pool, sheep grazing below, and cats playing around.
The room has all amenities, well equipped kitchen, well furnished.
The bathroom is nice and spotless. The fireplace is very pleasant, specially on a cold rainy day.
I reached the place walking, it's a 10 km easy walk, no problem unless one has mobility issues.
Two kilometers uphill the quinta is village Trinta which has bakery, pharmacy, and a small village shop with the sweetest granny that has ever sold cheese to You.
Overall, the area feels very authentic, I very much enjoyed walking through the countryside and the villages.

Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Superb agro turismo in a stunning quiet location. Fell asleep to the sound of the river. Large ‘suit’ so value for money was excellent. Lovely breakfast.
Very friendly host, had some very cute abd friendly cats that hang out with us the whole time we were there. The house was very clean and cozy. We loved our stay!
It is a lovely place and location. I love that there are 3 dogs to welcome you. One of them is Rocky a Portuguese mountain dog. He is just so affectionate, loveable and tolerant towards other guest dogs like ours! The host Sylvia is super nice and is getting out of your way to make you feel comfortable . Our room felt like a little house on two levels.
This property is a rare find! Fabulous location, right at the riverside. And the friendly house pets just added to the charm of this rural setting!
We had an unexpected upgrade...Silvia, our lovely hostess, gave us the room with a large private balcony, which was available at the time. The amenities included a fully equipped kitchenette, which would have been very useful for a longer stay. We were just sorry that we were on an overnight stay! Definitely planning to return!
we like everything, especially the service we got from Silvia, so kind lady, very helpful, giving all the information we need, the location is great, right on the river, the place is well invest, it is recommended for families with children, restaurants and coffees hops near by
This place is in amazing valley surrounded by mountains but sadly we were there with our dog and the location was not so dog friendly. We tried to go hiking but met angry dogs in almost every house and most of them off the leash, also some houses had the gates open so we only hoped that the dog will not tear us apart. The hotel is amazing, the breakfast was also very nice. This time we just think it was not the place for us and our dog.
