The pool was pretty but there is no proper shade - as with nearly everything at the hotel it is style over substance. The furnishings in the main areas are nice - and it makes for a cool atmosphere - it’s just lots of their ideas are not that practical it would seem.

The property was ideally situated for our needs as we wanted peace and quiet. The coast around Santa Cruz is lovely and only two or three miles away. The property was also very well fitted out, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The hosts, who live nearby were charming and helpful.
Very clean, everything functions perfectly and Maria João (the owner) was an amazing host! I will for sure stay here again when I travel back to this area.
The location was perfect with an amazing view to the Ocean. We could walk to the beach within 10 minutes. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook some meals. The communication with the hosts was super easy. We wished we could have stayed longer as this was one of our favourite stays.
