Directions should be to the post office since the apt is on top of it, because it was very difficult to find it with the address that was provided. Once we found out the post office was at location we were able to find it. Or an attraction or something else address.

Beds were very comfortable outfitted with nice linens. We are family of four traveling with two young adults. The third bedroom was great to have at this stop on our trip. Very clean apartment. Lots of space for four. Common room is spacious with comfortable seating. Big TV which we only turned on for curiosity (it worked).
Kitchen is well sized for apartment setting. Would not be suited for complex meal cooking.
Parking spot is off street. We rented a mid-size SUV so it was a little tight to maneuver but it worked.
Jose sent recommendations for local places to visit. We stayed during the Three Kings Holiday so some places were closed for holiday, and some closed long-term from recent earthquakes. The recommendations were helpful. Jose gave solid advice overall, particularly helpful on advice on what to expect on the holiday.
Playa Santa gave us the Carribean Beach Experience. We enjoyed the day trip to Museo Castillo Serralles and La Cruz del Vigia.

Me and my Family loved EVERYTHING. Starting with ALL the Staff, the accommodations, the food, location, everything was very clean, adapted to guests with special needs and always willing to help.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Balcony was nice place to hang out. Location was perfect proximity to local attractions. Uber to and from the airport was inexpensive (less than $10)
Our room was spacious with high ceilings. The location is perfect for exploring Ponce. The interior room meant that our room was very quiet and ideal for sleeping. The temperature in Ponce was a record high but the AC worked perfectly.
Staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming and helpful. Location was Ideal one half block to the town Square. Linens, were super clean and shower water was hot.
The bed was extremely comfortable, it was great to have a smart TV and there was always parking right out front. The lobby was also very nicely kept and the staff was super friendly. The location was ideal and very near everything.
