The location is a quiet town, not too central, and not near any shops or bars, so no late night surprises.
The garden has some features for small kids. I'm not a kid, so I'm no authority in how good they are !

The house is conveniently located just a 5 km walk from the Osoblaha narrow-gauge railway, which was our main attraction and means of transportation. It is a beautiful, two-hundred-year-old country house. We stayed in a well-equipped apartment downstairs with antique furniture and a spacious bathroom. Upstairs, there is a wonderful large dining hall, almost like a ballroom. Behind the house, there is a large paved yard with a barbecue, a well, and a bread oven. The sizable grounds also feature a green garden with a walnut tree and a fireplace.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
This was an ideal venue to experience how a royal may have lived without servants. Our room was very large and comfortable and our window overlooked the dancing musical fountains, which was an absolute delight. The walk from reception was lovely over creaking floors and stairs down long corridors. We were also privileged to visit all the museum rooms with furniture and decoration, at no additional cost as we were hotel guests. The dinner and presentation was exquisite and the breakfast delicious. A real eye opener.
Location is everything. At night we could see the fountain show from our bedroom window. The bedroom itself was really spacious. We loved the old interior. Exterior bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed.
Perfect location, spacious parking lot, beautiful room, delicious breakfast and dinner at the both of the restaurants and also music choice, interesting activities, amazing view from an apartment 224, very informative history about the castle’s history and owner’s family, large and beautiful park with a fountain, Netflix on TV.
Amazing value for money, chabce to feel as a king or a queen, delicious breakfast included, size of the rooms (even cheapest ones) is astounding. There is spacious safe parking and very friendly, helpful receptionist. After spending a night in a real castle you can go on a well-equipped self-tour and explore history and legends of this castle. You can also explore extended park and grounds of the castle. Can't wait to go back next summer and book a different room.
