1. Mr Abed, the owner, was very kind and easily approachable yet professional in dealing with his customers. I contacted him thru whatsapp and he responds fast. 2. Ms Rose, the caretaker, was also kind to us and we checked in easily. 3. No other hidden fees were charged from us. Much better, no security deposit unlike other places. 4. Location is 15-20 mins to the airport. Accesible to both private and public transpo 5. Room was LEGIT a home sweet home. Much better than the pictures. Very clean and cozy place. 6. Queen size bed was comfortable. Had a good sleep. 7. Wifi is very fast. They even lend us their netflix account. 8. View is quite good. Didnt really have the time to gaze outside or use the pool because I prefer staying in and watching TV. 9. Cool temperature. Aircon was working well. 10. Bathroom is clean and they give free toiletries. Also all appliances were working well and easy to function. 11. Kitchen was complete but didnt really use it because we prefer take outs 😅 But thank you for the free water 🤗 12. Overall a very nice place. Highly reccommended for staycation.

Your cab is inching through a congested main thoroughfare not far from Manila’s international airport. Suddenly it takes a few turns and pulls into a driveway through a security gate. You enter a peaceful oasis festooned with giant trees and hanging vines, and pull up to a heritage house embellished with original floor tiles and wrought iron gates. Inside the rooms have a 1940’s vintage vibe, but the bathrooms are pristine and modern. You feel like a time traveler, yet you are insanely comfortable, with a/c and cocktails close at hand…

- The location is near the LRT and other public transportations. It's very easy to find. There's even a 7-11 infront of the building - Everything in the unit is working - There's a window so it does not feel cramped even if the space is small - There's free towel, soap, and shampoo - There's a chain lock on the door - Price was affordable - There's a free breakfast - Staff was nice, accommodating, and very easy to talk to even online. They also update us when the room was ready Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience. The blend of hotel services with the convenience of a fully-equipped condo made my stay both comfortable and flexible. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, offering a great view of the city. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. The staff was friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. I particularly appreciated the in-room kitchen, which allowed for some home-cooked meals during my trip. Overall, an excellent balance of luxury and practicality. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!
