Good.location for that area.. roughly 400-500 pesos to go to SM mall , and 3 min walk to that Venice mall.. owner of apartment was easy to communicate with via whatsapp..just pick key up from the mailbox...A/C worked good, bed comfortable, everything worked ... pool on level 2 was good..
