we had just a short stay of one night at Puno but it was so nice staying in this Hotel! The staff was super helpful with everything. Gonzalo even booked for us a Tour witch Pick-up from the Hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean. We could leave our Backpack after check out there during the day and could also wait in the Brakfastroom for our Nightbus til 10pm. would definitely stay here again

The casa hotel was on a hill with a nice view of lake and town. Quiet location. Am employee saw me on the street and helped me take my luggage up the hill to hotel as I was suffering from altitude sickness. At check in, Addi made me some mata de coca tea. On my birthday, the owners presented me with a delicious chocolate from the best bakery in town. All this for about $15 a night. You can say that I was well treated. Thanks to Addi and Soledad— and all the staff.

Very clean and comfortable room. The location is just in the middle of the city centre, the staff was friendly and helpful, organised for me everything from laundry, trip, taxi up to the hairdryer. I definitely recommend this Hotel!
