The whole area of the inn was incredibly beautiful and well maintenanced. We met the friendly owner who showed us around and made us feel very welcomed. The room we stayed in was very spacious and everything worked well. The terrace was a great place to eat breakfast and start your day. We were lucky to be the only guests at the time so we really got to enjoy the place by ourselves. :) Sadly though we only had time for one night!

This hotel is in an excellent location in Nizwa within walking distance to the major sites. The building itself is beautifully restored and the rooftop has a great view for spending some time. The hotel is down a small alleyway and there is on site parking. Highly recommend! Note that this hotel is remotely managed and there isn’t a proper reception. When you arrive you may need to call / WhatsApp to get inside but they’re very responsive.

Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace, which has amazing views across Nizwa, including the fort. The location is perfect and very central - within a 4 min walk of the fort and the souq. Check-in was great and the gentleman who checked us in (Fahad) could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect and gave great advice on what to do, where to eat, etc. The building is wonderful and has retained many of its original features. Really authentic.
