Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.

Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Place has just opened and they are still fixing some stuff but no drilling noises or feeling of construction site. Extended my stay and would definitely stay here again

Great location close to the shops. Wonderful kitchen, warm and cosy, very dog friendly. It was so nice to have our dog be able to stay with us. Beds are comfy.
