The host was really great, made awesome breakfast, provide kettle for us. The room was super clean. Nearby to Mayadevi temple gate no 5 and bus station. Constantly providing drinking water whenever asked and even borrowed their umbrella. Must stay place in Lumbini.

I had a great stay at Lumbini Village Lodge, it was my first stop in Nepal and the staff made my stay so comfortable. They helped me get the correct sim for my time in the country, and plan out a route for the best places to visit whilst here. THe room was spacious and very affordable, and the property as a whole was very clean. I cannot recommend staying here enough.
Pocket friendly hotel at a good location. Room was spacious with all basic amenities and clean. It has a Cafe/ Restaurant on the ground floor. Which is a bonanza to a traveling party. Most memorable was the warmth of the Manager Mr. Deepak and other hotel staff. I will stay in the same hotel if there is likelihood to visit Lumbini in future.

For me personally, it’s always an issue while I travel. It’s never enough clean for me, but at hotel Kanthak it was perfect!
The location was ideal to visit Lumbini ( 5 minutes walk) and after a busy day you can retire at the hotel in a agriculture setting ( field rice).

Hotel in lovely grounds and pool lovely. Plenty of sunbeds. Food in restaurant lovely, fixed times (not my ideal) but did serve me just outside of these times. Great vegetarian (muttar paneer-wow!) and vegan food and probably the best Thali I've ever eaten! Room beautiful, liked the seating outside, good to relax with a cup of tea and a book. Organised tuk tuk for me to visit temples, and driver was great, used tuk tuk for 2 days. Location fine, same as most of the Hotels in Lumbini.
Mosquitoes galore unfortunately in at least one of the rooms, and no mosquito netting. So if you're sensitive to that stuff, you've been warned. Beds gave off a very budget feeling, linen/pillow sheets very thin and easily came off giving an unclean feeling. Place do come with wifi and hot water. In terms of value, this place leaves a lot to be desired as more expensive in locations in both Kathmandu and Pokhara provided a whole more bang for the buck than did this place.
