The STAFF was thoughtful, generous, and super accommodating for me and my colleagues. Breakfasts were tasty but most of all the STAFF and PEOPLE of Nextdoor Patan brought me back. We cancelled our original reservation due to unhygienic rooms/washrooms and poor food choices at earlier hostel. Nextdoor Patan FAR EXCEEDED our most demanding travel member - they were the BEST. The hotel feels so clean and has an air of relaxation about it. The family showed great hospitality, made delicious food, and we were even lucky to be invited to a dinner party with their friends and family.
It was delightful to meet their elder son Sagar, who was also extremely hospitable, was a very interesting partner for conversation, speaks great English, and answered many of our questions and explained many things about Nepal that nobody else was able to explain to us on this trip.
