Premises, hotel and rooms. Located right in the middle of the Thamel area. Restaurants bars and shops around. The area is quite lively but the hotel is quiet.
The room is large, beautifully decorated with a large balcony, the bed is comfortable.
Cleaning staff are nice and always have a smile on their faces 🙂
Restaurant: breakfast is enough to choose from with wonderful waiting staff (unfortunately don't know their names) who are helpful and very pleasant in their behavior which makes the breakfast taste even better. Thank you so much for the gift surprise for me from you! 👍

Beautifully decorated hotel that is around 10-15 min drive from the airport (we had also booked a room with round trip airport transfers included which were seamlessly organised). The staff are wonderful; Smriti at the reception desk was incredibly helpful with all of our asks. The food and coffee were excellent at the Base Camp Cafe. We had a wonderful thali and were entertained by Nepalese dancers at Bhansa restaurant. Our breakfast at The Mantra was wonderful too. We had some great massages at the spa, and enjoyed a swim on the rooftop pool. Cannot fault our stay - it was wonderful! Highly recommend, and would definitely return.

The location of the place is good. The staff who run the hotel are nice, and helpful. The manager is a good person who likes hosting people and would give you some local trivia about the area and local tourist spots. Overall a nice experience but the stay was not the best.
The location is close from the Pashupatinath Temple, so you can walk to the temple when the crowd is less, also close to the road to the airport. The owner Mr Prajwol Shrestha is very co-operative and helpful. He was in touch even before I started my journey. He ensures that his guests reaches the hotel without any hassle. The hotel is environment friendly as they keep RO water jar on every floor, thus the guest do not have to buy water bottles everytime, just refill and help create less plastic bottle waste. Good food and staff.
It was offered at cheap price in booking.com. Thanks to evening staff who finally change my room after thousand compliments since my check in, due to the room AC not working.
Location - superb location, value for money, rooms are good if we talk about median budget. Near to Pashupatinath mandir like on a 2 minutes walking distance. And the manager Mr Shrestha very helpful and nice we were reached late and called him in night 12 o'clock and he helped us to find the hotel location and it was not his duty hours. Small efforts make things great . I would like to recommend you to book this place.
