I had an absolutely lovely stay here! Due to a mix-up with my dates, I ended up booking both rooms and had the chance to experience them both. Each was fantastic in its own way. The luxury room boasts large, open windows and a more upscale, elegant vibe, while the other room offers a cozy, homey atmosphere. Both were amazing in their own right. Monique, the host, was incredibly kind, attentive to details, and always willing to help. I can't recommend this place enough!

Very modern clean house with ALL the amenities you could want. The host, Nicole, was very accommodating and communicating was very easy - even weeks before we arrived from Canada. The ‘information book’ she provided about the place was one of the best I’ve ever seen! The little breakfast/lunch restaurant downstairs was very nice, great coffee, food and service.

Great location, close to the beach and bars, close to grocery shop. We were 8, and there were 4 bedrooms creating personal space if needed. Very nice and helpful owner. Big living room with a bug table accommodated our big company where we had a cozy breakfast. Good WiFi connection, great garden. Almost each room had exit to the garden where you could relax during good weather.. the location close to Amsterdam, Kaukenhof, Hague.

For those trying to save, these fun, budget hotels still have lots to offer, from Wifi to convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties are set in central areas and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find loads of options that feature 24-hour front desks and luggage storage.
The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable.
The Wellness centre was excellent and very welcome after 4 days of cycling. It was spotlessly clean.
Breakfast delicious.
The hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful in advising places to eat and things to do.
Maryse and Michael were wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate our daughter coming to visit us during the tulip festival and also drove us to Keukenhof, the supermarket and train stations as we didn’t have a car. Their property is thoughtfully decorated and it’s in a beautiful location, surrounded by colourful flower fields.
Location is great, walking distance to a free tulip field. The host is very kind, gave us useful information for dinner and places to visit. We left early with a picnic bag that prepare from the host, so lovely.
Great location right in the middle of the tulip fields. We took the train from Amsterdam city center to the nearest station, and set up for the owners to pick us up by car (highly recommend since there are few taxis in the area). We rented electric bikes from the owner and rode through the tulip fields and to the beach. The bike ride to Keukenhof was about 8-10 minutes and even shorter by car. We enjoyed using the sauna (included in your stay), and the breakfast was delicious.
The stay in Vakantie in Duin- en Bollenstreek cottage was wonderful. First of all, the welcome was nice: a basket with Dutch specialities was waiting for us. The cottage is very cosy, nicely and practically furnished, everything was very clean.
We were charmed by the homemade jams and teas. Blackberry Power Tea by Niels is great!
The breakfast was very tasty - brought in a wicker picnic basket. The bread was still hot and delicious.
I would highly recommend an overnight stay at the cottage to everyone! We will definitely be back.
The owners Michael and Maryse were extremely courteous and wonderful, helping us arrange taxi to and from the hotel, with our birthday request
and sightseeing tips. The location is right next to the largest tulip field that we came across in our stay and is just a 10 minute bicyle ride from Keukenhof gardens. We will likely stay here again
Amazing location right in the middle of the tulip fields - this was the purpose of our visit. The rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was amazing, The owners were very friendly and helpful. We even got some tips that got us into the preparation of the floats for the tulip parade. We never would have found out about this and it was one of the greatest things about our visit!
The cabin is in a great area and as we went for the tulips it was in a super location. The cabin was made very comfortable by our hosts who left us lots of treats. It is compact but has lots of room to relax. There was a bbq which was great and a wood stove for the winter. We didn't use the stove but had a lovely BBQ. Our hosts were super friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay great. I would recommend to anyone who likes the freedom to cycle too as the cycle track opposite goes to some lovely places nearby.
