Lisbieth was welcoming, thorough and attentive. The room was warm and comfortable, and peaceful save for the sound of the birds in the property's aviary which did not disturb us. The breakfast... Everything! On arrival, we were made very welcome, offered home-made cake and shown a selection of drinks including beer and wine at very low prices (I had a beer for €1.50) and a lounge and patio where we could relax. The room was a very good size with all the usual facilities plus fridge and kettle - and a door out to a patio area with our own chairs and table. The bathroom had everything we needed and was very good quality. Breakfast was exceptional - a wide selection of breads and home-made jam or other spreads, cheeses and meats; a wonderful bowl of fruit; a boiled egg; a pot of hot water for tea-making, on our own heater to keep it hot; yoghurt and some other things were also available. It was clear that nothing was too much trouble and a lot of thought had gone into getting the details right.

The apartment was so clean and cozy and we had everything we needed for the week. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We will definitely be staying here again if possible!
