We were looking for a quiet country location on our way back to Amsterdam and In Ons Straatje fit the bill! Ellen was extremely friendly and welcoming and even recommended a wonderful place to have our dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful...a perfect start to our day. We would love to return and stay longer so that we can enjoy some bicycle riding in the area.

Quiet area in the middle of the countryside, family style house, impeccable cleanliness, the room space quite good for a king suite, partnership with a local restaurant with good food, the independence of entering the room directly without having to go through common areas, the breakfast quite assorted in the variety of bread and other foods with the concern of the hostess in wanting to know at check in if I wanted something special for the breakfast. Warm, friendly welcome. Large, spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast time 07:00-11:00 (Saturday). Close to shops, bars and restaurants but in a quiet location. Late check in due to flight delay, train cancellation and then train delay was very much appreciated.

Location is wonderful. We arrived late at night yet this was no problem at all. The lady was super friendly and the place really cosy and everything is there what you’d need. It’s not looking super modern but it is all very well functioning and not in need of a lick of paint. Very friendly, and great breakfast/lunch indeed.
