I loved this place, super friendly welcome and the room was comfortable and had been beautifully laid out. Everything was perfect! There was just one issue, and I’m sure this is something that can be smoothed out as this was a pre opening stay: there were some roof windows with sensors in my room and they kept opening and closing all night long (so repeatedly opening and closing with some kind of inbuilt mechanism). This really disturbed my sleep!

Absolutely superb place. From the entrance you see the amount of love and attention to detail the hosts put in this place. You stay in the small farm, with hosts living in the next building. The parking is private on the premise just around the corner. The apartment is very spacious, cool even on a hot day (though there's also air conditioning present).
Hosts are very hospitable and friendly. The B&B design is very unique: it consists of two apartments on the ground floor with a breakfast room right between them.
The breakfast is amazing: though there's no hot food, there're fresh berries, yogurt, jams and pastry. And the whole room is so decorated and cosy and tables are so well-served as if you are in a 5* restaurant.
I think this must be the best stay we had in the Netherlands. Truly a hidden gem.

This property was not only exactly describes and pictured on the booking site but even better! A lot of though went into the planning and setting up of the rooms and facilities - even down to small floor level lights that helps with finding the path to the toilet in the middle of the night.
The hostess sent a lot of helpful information prior to our stay and was on hand to welcome us and settle us in on arrival.
A truly exceptional place to stay - could not recommend it more.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Great location and very nice staff, with the exception of one angry lady at reception, who worked evening shifts. She was rude to us a couple of times. Totally unnecessary and very uncomfortable. We asked her if We could order something from the bar as there was none there. Then she got angry and wanted us to understand that many of the personnel was on a vacation and others was home because they was sick, and therefore they could not help us.
This should have been taken up with the management and not the guests.
Comfortable stay in a lower budget place. If you consider that it's not going to be extravagant and just meets your basic needs then you will be fine. The single room is small but it has everything you need. It's kept clean and is ideal for a short stay.
Staff is very friendly, helpful and dedicated. The hotel is next to the theatre and within walking distance of the central station and the city centre as well as shops and restaurants.
The hotel was spotless clean staff were friendly and helpful rooms were lovely breakfast was fine enough to cater for everyone and perfect location too!
