Great location for exploring either Germany or the Netherlands. Apparently located directly above a bar and restaurant but there was no excessive noise. In fact we ate there and had a few drinks.

We spent one night at the Appartement Badnieuweschans in late August 2023. The apartment is spectacular. It is a massive studio with a giant living room with a large sectional sofa and a big screen TV. There is an extra large bed and a dining table that would easily seat six people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. The entire place seemed to be newly built space in a historic building. The furniture and decorating was modern, quite stylish and very comfortable. The location seems to be in the nicest part of town. The apartment faces a linear park with nice green spaces. The apartment has nice outdoor lounging space. The town grocery store is about a four minute walk. We enjoyed having dinner and breakfast in the apartment. Rika, the owner, is delightful. She could not have been any nicer or more responsive. She even allowed us to bring our tandem bicycle into the apartment so it would not be outside in the rain. We have been traveling in the Netherlands for a month. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed, and we have stayed in many nice places.
