Location is perfect, walking distance from city center, train station. Comfortable bed (long!), nice shower, well equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea provided. The little patio/garden is sunny and private. Very quiet and nice residential neighborhood. Airco worked very well and not noisy.

A very nice boutique hotel, big room and nicely decorated. We arrived when there was rennovation work was going on at the property, which was not clear when booking. Fortunately it wasn't too intrusive. We had a nice stay and it's right in the heart of the city.

My friend and I really loved staying in this beautiful, well-equipped apartment, which has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including cooking and laundry facilities. The apartment was immaculately clean and the hosts had thought of everything that's needed. There was secure storage for our bikes. Geert was very helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed meeting him. He gave us good tips for trips in the local area. The village of Marssum is historic and peaceful, and the apartment is next to the church and the Poptaslot manor house - beautiful to walk around. It's a nice cycle (about 5k) to Leeuwarden centre, about 3k to the nearest supermarket. Highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again.

The location and room were amazing. The staff/owner was helpful and welcoming, making sure we could find the places we were looking for and making reservations for us for the best meal we had our entire trip! The breakfast basket was a treat and everything was fresh and delicious! I can not say enough about this hidden gem!
