Beautiful little apartment in a quiet and pretty area of Haarlem. Easy stroll into the centre of this beautiful little city. We also walked to the station and got the fast train into Amsterdam- really easy and much nicer than staying there! Spotlessly clean and great facilities- the bathroom is fantastic with a huge bath and really good shower. Lovely sunset view over the rooftops. Great and thoughtful communications with the host, who gave great tips for parking and local restaurants.
We only stayed 2 nights but would have liked to be here longer to cycle to the beaches and explore more of Haarlem.
Perfect for our family of 4- we were comfortable and happy and appreciated all the thought that has gone into making this a great place to stay.

Everything. Henk and Anne Marie are fantastic hosts. They couldn't have done more for myself and my son with their passion for Haarlem and the knowledge and reccomendations of what to do and see. As we were leaving at 6.30 am they offered us a breakfast pack for our trip to the airport. I'll definitely be staying here again next year when I visit the Netherlands.

The apartment locates in a central, but quiet pedestrian street, all the main sites are in the walking distance. The host - Robert- was very kind, he met us at the corner of the street, helped with the luggage, told about the history of the building, that is a historical monument. The breakfast, that was very good, was served for us In the morning.

We stay yearly in about 50 hotels but this hotel and host exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here because we married in the area and they really helped us with everything we needed even without asking. It is very obvious that this host makes sure their customers are super satisfied and comfortable. This was so nice to not have to think about anything since Silvana took everything out of our hands without doubt. Also the location is very nice in the center, nice atmosphere, nothing else to wish for what they offer.

room clean and spacious modern ,breakfast very nice and fresh pancakes were made to order if non were available on the breakfast table. location excellent near the docks with good seafood restaurant and close by to the city ,but transport will be needed ideally a car.
Everything was very clean, both shower, bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Contact with the owner was excellent, I was free to give him a call about anything any time until 10pm. He was very facilitating with anything, ranging from clean towels to even picking up groceries from the supermarket.
The location of this hotel was ideal for the Ferry back to Newcastle after a short stay in Berlin,the fish café next to the hotel was brilliant, and made an absolutely brilliant fish and chip supper,we will definitely stay here again
I had a lovely stay in this relaxed hotel. Friendly welcome, nice clean room with air con and fridge, bed was comfy, large clean shower room. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Ideal location for the ferry. Free car parking.
Very clean and spacious. Staff is helpful. There is a great restaurant in the hotel with a large, comfortable outside seating area. It's a quiet location but a short walk from the centre. Nice breakfast variety. Beach is a 5min drive away. Plenty of free parking. Bicycles for hire at the hotel.
nice location, very clean beach! The hotel was dog-friendly for an additional price. Note: Dogs are not always allowed at the beach! Unfortunately no vegan options at the restaurants.
