Wonderfully clean and a great location near bus stations. The owners daughter speaks perfect English and was able to give us great directions on how to get places and do things. It's only a few blocks away from good local food and a supermarket for supplies, close to the airport, and the bus station has coffee for the morning. This was one of the cleanest places we've stayed in all of Nicaragua, too. There's also a great balcony!

We stayed here when we arrived in Nicaragua and accidentally took the room key with us. Since we had such a lovely stay here, we decided to stay here again before we go back home. Eduardo and Sonya are such a nice and helpful couple. They ordered a taxi for us as well as pizza.
