good location as it is a transit way from Epupa falls but the propery needs some improvement. The room we got had a weird smell, the staff was very nice and change it for us. Beds and pillows are not very comfortable, these very waking us up at night. Not a great value for money. Breakfast offered by this guesthouse in the restaurant in town absolutely delicious.

I stayed this guest house for 4 days because I visited Opuwo for an official business.
The room is clean and the price is not high. Staffs are friendly.
On the whole, I like it. The location is quite good, there are SPAR grocery store,some restaurants and banks around it. You can get coffee and pizza easily.
Because it’s cheap, don’t have very high expectation about it, it’s just an ordinary guest house which offers basic condition.

Strength: Cheap price with comfortable room, it is not easy to find such nice guest house in this low price. Surprisingly, They also offer TV and refrigerator.
It’s near supermarket and restaurants, which is easy to get some meals and buy foods.
if you want to find a luxury guest house, this one may not suit you. But if you just want to find an affordable place with nice environment, this one may be an ideal choice.
