We had an absolutely amazing time at Labuan Avenue Hotel. The rooms were spacious for 4 pax room (double queen room). The staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that there's no lift, you have to climb the stairs to reach our rooms up to level 2. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Stayed 1 night here,and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with a welcoming and helpful receptionists.
The room was nicely prepared. Well-stocked minibar and toiletries.
You'll also love to enjoy the stunning views of the city, especially at night. Strategic location for shopping,entertainment, and foods.
The hotel's café served delicious and affordable meals from 6.30am to 10:00 pm.

The location and convenience of everything like, local restaurants, grocery stores, banks, nightlife, transportation, etc, are all within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
