    This a basic, no-frills hotel. It was acceptably comfortable. The A/C worked well (which is critical). The location is away from the main street which has incessant noisy traffic and dust and this is one of the few hotels in town that avoids these issues. Off-street parking in a gated yard so the car was safe. There is a communal fridge in the lobby for your cold drinks and snacks.

    Great location just off the main road en route to Bacalar - but do watch out for big potholes and ruts as you leave the main road. Easy to find. Our bungalow was very clean and well equipped and Arturo our host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Amazing birdlife on the doorstep. Toucans flycatchers orioles literally just outside. Arturo has lots of bird feeders and watering holes for the birds. He was able to point out birds to me that I would not have seen otherwise. Would highly recommend. Good pizza in town.

    Good location, off street parking, lots of hooks to hang stuff, enough power points. There is WiFi. There is no-aircon but there was a fan. There is a mosquito net over the bed but luckily we did not need it. It was very cheap, but had everything you needed. Helpful staff. Tasty cheap food available from bakery across the road. Good for day trip to Calakmul

    Great location. We could park the car in front of the door. Friendly welcome and service by receptionist. Cleanest rooms we had during our time in Mexico. Absolutely spotless! The restaurant is great food and ambiance. Service is just perfect! We had dinner there. The next morning they had the best take away box with coffee and breakfast we ordered and in the evening we drove back to eat there again. It was not even on our route haha. It was just amazing. Sad we could stay that short. Would recommend this place for sure!

    Spacious nice place close to Xpujil which was very clean and well taken care off. The beds are comfortable and the chill-out area in front is nice to relax, do some yoga or read a book. Good location to explore close by ruins or visit Calakmul and only short drive from restaurants in Xpujil.
