All the staff was absolutely great, friendly and helpful with suggestions to find the best places in town. Rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with local handcrafted pieces. The rooftop has an amazing view of the mountains around San Cristobal. This hotel is simply a 10!

Location, close to the Centro Historico. Quiet. Good value for money. But the best bit had to be the fact I could check in straight away, after a journey on the night bus this was well needed, though this was because the room was ready which isn’t guaranteed. The staff gave the place a personal touch.

Beautiful room in a perfect location, close to the centre of town but without any bars close enough to disturb sleeping. Very helpful staff when we were arriving and were delayed until close to midnight.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. The attention to detail in every area of the hotel is absolutely stunning and the whole atmosphere is calm and soothing. Every single member of staff I interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and so is the breakfast with a lot of nice little touches. I will definitely be coming back.
