I am so happy we stayed here. This slice of paradise made our trip to Oaxaca even more amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Amazing location. Beautiful interior courtyard for having a pre dinner drink. Amazing design (owners are carpenters and made all the wood furniture in their workshop). The housekeeping is 5 star hotel quality. The breakfasts are so good. You can pick your time and your entree. The huevos rancheros (made by anna and lupita) were simple and delicious. Maria, the owner, went above and beyond and was so responsive over whats app. They even helped bring our laundry to a local shop. It was done within 8 hours at a great price. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, with the best design, location, and soul.

This was a lovely quiet hotel. Despite not being in the centre, there were 3 great restaurants a few minutes walk away - Mexican, Moroccan and Wholefood. Our outlook was onto a sweet little garden. Refillable bottled water was always available. The staff were always at reception. Good morning coffee was served downstairs and was included. The room was light and well fitted out, with a small balcony and two fans, one in the ceiling which we much preferred to aircon. A pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre of town . Perfect for us and very relaxing at the end of hot, busy days

Interesting hostel with an excellent owner who is super friendly and helpful, the dorm room is constantly clean and there's a cute little terrace. Nice social vibe when I was there and free decent filter coffee in the mornings. I stayed a long while and it was a good cheap base for exploring Oaxaca state.

Amazing value for money. We have been to Oaxaca before and stayed in various hotels in the city centre: they have more character and are at a walking distance from historical sites, but the comfort is rather questionable, as buildings are somewhat old. This time we only spent a night in Oaxaca on our way to the seaside and deliberately chose a hotel out of city centre but close to the highway leading to our destination. The building is modern and the comfort level is great compared to everything we have seen in Oaxaca before: huge room with a large bathroom, plenty of storing place, desktops in the main room and in the bathroom, a coffee machine and courtesy products to make coffee, minimalistic design, but everything is modern and functionable. Good water pressure and nice hot shower, powerful WCs. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Nice breakfast - not a wealth of choice, but more than enough for our needs. The parking is underground and there's a lift for the car to go up and down. All for half the price of a budget hotel in the city centre.
