Very clean and internet was good. It was walking distance to 2 malls even in the heat, it wasn't too far. The coffee was very good as well.

Great stay in centro Xalapa. Great location near many restaurants and parks. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Good climate control in room. Amazing mountain view. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!
The location was ideal, safe parking inside a plaza a clean room and the included Breakfast was better then I expected, when it is included it normally is just tea bread and cereal, no it also had a selection of eggs Bacon ,beans to mention just a few .

The room was clean and comfortable.Location was excellent,a short walk from the main plaza.Breakfast was very good value at 100 pesos and was served from 7.00 A.M.,ideal as I was taking an early bus.Juan in the dining room was very helpful.
After switching the first room offered, the second one was good enough.
The bed was comfy, there was almost instant hot water, the AC was heating perfectly the room, there was a separate wardrobe/dressing closet.
