Baibolat, the owner/manager, is amazing. Friendly, professional, engaging and speaks excellent English. He managed to find me an incredible tour with Kengy who took me all over to see famous eagle hunters, viewpoints, and was equally enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
Room was comfortable, clean, shower was hot, family were hospitable and welcoming even if their English wasn't as polished as Baibolat's.
Location is good too. Only a 15 min walk from bus station and 10 min to center square (it's right in the middle of both).
3 rooms apartment in the centre of Ulgii city is set in Ölgiy. The apartment also offers free WiFi as well as a free airport shuttle service.
