We've stayed in Stip a few times, and this hotel is by far the best. It's quite newly built, and everything is very comfortable and works well. Secure underground parking, fast WiFi, friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast, very comfortable and spacious room. What's not to like?

Clean, the rooms were modern, well thought out, with all the right amenities (tables on both sides of the bed, good space in the bathrooms, air conditioning, etc.). The staff were very friendly, especially the ladies working the breakfast and cleaning the rooms, and everyone had a good level of English. Rooms were well stocked with soaps, shampoos, complimentary water bottles. The location was great, quiet, great views, easy walking to all the downtown bars, restaurants.
Great location and very clean and cozy apartment, full equipped kitchen with big fridge, it has everything you need.

50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket and another small cheap market for food.
Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent - above and beyond ; great variety to choose from and freshly cooked to order . Breakfast ladies were very friendly and caring - anything you need just ask them ( towels etc). Reception staff also very friendly and helpful.
