Sary was amazing. The food was delicious. The room and bathroom were both big and clean. We were made to feel like it was home - we were even allowed to watch the TV in the lounge!!

Really cute place! Great value for the price, host is very friendly and helpful, she speaks english and french well and prepared as great dinner, even when we arrived really late (after 10.30pm). Room was huge, with double bed and bunk bed as well. And huge suprise - only place in Madagascar when we had REALLY hot shower during 2 months trip! Wifi working good. Adorable place with adorable host!

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The food was very nice and the location was great. Close to the cotisse and taxi brousse stations! Salohy at reception was really friendly and went out of her way to help us! I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you're in Fianarantsoa.
The location is great to access the market and set against the view top of Fianarantsoa. It can on occasion get a little noisy around that area, but the room was set back from the noise so I didn't hear much of it. In fact, whilst in Zomatel I felt I had quite escaped the hustle and bustle of the town!
This is such a hidden gem amongst the hustle and bustle of Fianarantsoa - such good value for money! The food was excellent and the staff were very accomdating with our request for an accommodating bed. It's a great location if you're looking to spend a few nights in the city and want to be close to public transport links. Hot water and the wifi works really well in the restaurant. I'll be staying here again!
Fantastic location in the old town of Fianarantsoa. View over the old town roofs to the church. You can safely stroll around theneighbouring alleys in peace - not like many other parts of Fiana.. Julienne & Patrick are outstanding hosts. Amazing breakfast on the patio!
We did a Malagasy cooking course (~2 hrs) with Patrick & Julienne which was fun and interesting. The results were really tasty too
