The staff were fantastic, helpful and incredibly friendly. They helped us with any travel issues we had and ensured we were well provided for. This is one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed in - we were fortunate enough to have the whole place to ourselves, which really added to the magic and tranquility. Gerard, the GM, was very attentive but not over bearing. We didn’t realise quite how in Lokobe Nature Reserve it was. We saw a sportive lemur on our first night in the hotel grounds and the common black lemur the next day. Completely wild; not fed by the staff. The infinity pool over looking the jungle/sea is so special. The hotel felt wild and in nature but at the same time super clean and welcoming. The food was delicious, one or two options only but every meal we had was delicious and very good value. Simple breakfast but was enough for us. Really just a fantastic stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
