I travelled alone and had zero safety concerns at the property or the city. I needed an iron and received one in short order which I very much appreciated!
Been there twice, both deluxe and standard rooms. Both clean, large good enough. Anytime needed anything maids and reception very helpful, polite, same the other staff. I highly recommend it- good location/ near city centre, quiet, all @ good faires.
