The place is only a couple of minutes walking from the railway station. It is situated next to a very good Italian restaurant (Cooks) with moderate prices compared to the rest of Monaco. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Mr. van Dorst gave me a lot of instruction how to find and enter the place, what almost scared me (I am very clumsy), but later on these instructions seemed to be clear and - above all - a kind Filipino guy could give me the keys.
The place is very quiet.

The apartment was delightful, comfortable and spacious. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful but close to lovely restaurants, shops and the supermarket.
On Sunday mornings theres a super little market along the road where the apartment is, selling jewellery, dresses, local foods, breads etc.
Only a short walk to the Casino and designer shops. Close to the bus stops if you want to go further afield.

Location was great. Parking out the front was great and cheap being 14€. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had real barrister coffee for breakfast (we are from Melbourne lol) they did us a great favour getting mail for us. Very helpful
Great hotel far cheaper than any other hotels in Monaco - still provides top class service, great food, location, swimming pool, concierge service etc - Monaco is so small that you can walk everywhere from the hotel and if you need a taxi the concierge can get one to the door within minutes, every member of staff makes a point of saying hello when you see them, towels provided for the pool and much more - 10/10
We we were in a corner suite that was very spacious, ideal if you have kids or larger family. The view was incredible, beds were comfortable, the location was incredible. And overall stay was really great.
You could not ask for a better location, right on the port, close by bus stops from and to Nice airport as well as local services. It is a walk-up - there may be a lift / elevator but I never saw it. Walkable to all points in Monaco (assuming you don't mind the hills - remember to use the ascenseurs publiques). No view to speak of but not a deal killer for me, I prefer the privacy compared to a hotel. Wifi worked, sofa and bed were comfy. Aircon worked great. Extremely well appointed kitchenette.
Everything was great, we have no complaints. The staff are very nice and attentive. Concierge was fantastic when we needed transport or dinner reservations. The hotel itself is very clean and in an excellent location. We had a sea view room and it was very peaceful and quiet. We had a very pleasant stay.
It was very close to the main attractions, and quite easy to find. Bed was OK, it had balcony, and it was very clean. Good deal for the daily parking rate. Staff was professionally courteous and helpful, although a bit up-ish.
