A recently renovated apartment set in Casablanca, CHIC & COZY appartement très calme features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.

Apartment is in a secure location, gated community, close to tram and major road. Karim, who owns and rents the apartment is a gentleman. He is very approachable and helpful, guided about the city and even picked and dropped us from train station. He also helped me get a local sim. I had a chance of having discussion with him regarding his management of the apartment and it was nice to know that he takes it seriously and make sure guests stay comfortably. He also mentioned that apart from regular cleaning after every check out, he also gets deep cleaning of the property done once or twice a month. That speaks of his dedication and seriousness in running the property smoothly on rental basis. He also put some water bottles, sweets and biscuits as welcome bits. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The reception was very friendly, we were awaited at the entrance as soon as our taxi arrived, and showed around the apartment. Contact with the host was smooth and friendly, and he shared several good tips with us on restaurants and provided relevant information. The apartment is nice and spacious. Overall a pleasant and recommendable stay.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Casablanca! Leila was so lovely as well as her aunt, Hussaina, we felt like home there. There are shops nearby and a tram station, if You want to go to the city centre. It is really best choice when it comes to stay in Casablanca!

    I had a perfect stay at the apartment . The location was ideal, offering easy access to all the local attractions. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the view from the apartment was breathtaking. Youness, the host, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

    Given that this was a really budget hotel, I cannot complain one bit. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and beds changed regularly. The staff were friendly and always smiling, the cleaner was sound. Location was ideal for shops, bus links etc. Wasn’t expecting anything fancy but suited me

    The location is perfect and it's a minute walk from Hassan II mosque and indeed you have a view of it from the window as per the listing. The promenade is also few mins walk away. The only thing is the tram stop is not close but that wasn't a dealbreaker as taxis are dirt cheap in Casablanca and you could get to 6-7km radius from the place (which covers most of the city and railway stations) for less than 1.5euros for 2 people!

    Everything. Exceptional for a budget hotel. Excellent location to all services, Casa Port train station & CTM bus. Walking distance to lots of tourist sights. Staff very friendly & helpful-they were terrific. Breakfast - lots of choice of good food & never seen so many cakes/biscuits. Room standard size, very clean, serviced daily & good wifi. I highly recommend the hotel. Thanks for your service 😀

    Location is not bad if you want me to close the ancient Medina. Not close however to main shopping streets. Room size is good. Very affordable if you are on a tight budget. Nice lobby area with friendly staff.
