I stayed there with my wife and three children and we absolutely loved everything. The owner was really nice and friendly and showed us all the facilities. She had prepared the fireplace and sauna for us. The location is beautiful and very peaceful, in the middle of the forest and with a lake full of wildlife surrounding part of the house. The house is in great shape, pretty new and very spacious. The gazebo was impressive. Every small detail had been thought of and the decorations were very tasteful. They had plenty of firewood and bottled water for us. The kitchen was completely equipped. The lighting of the ruins of an old mill was magical. Also a very nice walk to Gauja river. I'm so glad we stayed there.

Nice newly renovated apartment in a fabulous location, right near Cesis Castle. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Living room was big and bright with streaming services on the tv. Kitchen is small with only a portable hot plate and a microwave but very well stocked compared to other places I’ve stayed.

ROOM 10 is set in Valmiera, 1.1 km from Valmiera Culture Centre, 1.2 km from Concert Hall Valmiera, as well as 1.3 km from Valmiera Drama Theatre.

It was easy to find the apartment. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the shopping mall, and some dining places. There are almost everything you need for a short stay. Washing machine, daylight/thin curtains and some kind of heater would be a nice thing to have.
