The staff are always polite, respectful and willing to give you the attention to detail you want in a 5 star hotel. The reception area is truly beautiful with a luxurious mix of expensive fabrics, seating and decor.
All of the amenities were clean; they worked in full order with staff constantly conducting cleaning in all areas of the hotel.
Rooms are a great size again with an eye for detail of the finer things, the lighting was amazingly well executed, the wardrobe, chairs, bed all very unique and comfortable to use, the desk, the radiators, the bathroom was stunning with sleek marble finishing and spacious for utilising.
Breakfast was set out in a large room with staff on hand to cater to every need.
Spa was spectacularly elegant and equipped with two huge saunas, jacuzzi, a large swimming pool, steam room, showers, ice try, aroma room. There is also rooms for private treatments and wellness services including a gym.
We will visit again!

The staff were excellent: they were polite, friendly and helpful throughout. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely. It is in a great location in the Old Town within a few minutes walk of many attractions. We were not disturbed by noise from the trams passing outside, which is an issue mentioned in some reviews, however our rooms were to the rear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

This is the perfect place to stay when on the Via Baltica. The parks and gardens around the hotel are really nice the old city is within walking distance. I also really like the breakfast and the sauna. Parking is easy and affordable.

The Hostel is very cozy. You feel like you’re a guest at a friends house. There is always something to snack, chill music, cool people and free warm drinks. The volunteers, that are working there, really made my stay special. I had great talks and fun time during the pub crawl. The breakfast is also very good and free! I recommend this hostel to everyone who is travelling alone and looking for a nice stay to meet people.

Fantastic hotel - great apartment, with enormous bed, great bath with shower. Convenient parking, coffee maker, heating, quiet, everything a person needs to have a good stay over the weekend.
Oh and pet friendly too - our doggo loved the bed, and she was offered a bowl in her room. Totally recommended!
The hotel is about 10 min walk away from the old town, in a very interesting neighborhood. We were glad it was not in the old town, because it was quiet.
