From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and attentiveness by the staff, especially Nihara, the front desk receptionist and Thushara, the duty manager. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, whether it was arranging early check-in for our tired child or recommending hidden gems in the nearby national park. The resort itself was a dream come true. Our spacious room had stunning views of nature, while my son was enthralled by the cool pool. We devoured delicious Sri Lankan and international cuisine at the open-air restaurant, and even joined a guided safari led by local experts, leaving us awestruck by the incredible wildlife of Udawalawa. Royal Reach exceeded our expectations in every way. It wasn't just a resort; it was an experience that created lasting memories for our family.
