Home away home. It was beyond my expectation and everything was perfect. The room was very clean and the view from was amazing. The food was very freshly prepared and very tasty. The accommodation was extra special as it was so homely. The attention to detail and extras not mentioned in booking details, were over and above our expectations. These included good quality soft sheets, a sofa to sit on. Dining table, dining chairs and crockery provided. Television in the room. Decorative flowers and ornaments in the room. Excellent room service for breakfast with great attention to detail. Takeaway breakfast made for our trip to Horton Plains.
There is a terraced area at the front of the accommodation where you can sit outside. A small delightful garden full of flowers and birdlife. We sat in the garden to drink our welcome pot of coffee and tea. Assistance from the owner was given to organise the tuk tuk to Horton Plains. Also, on our first night the owner guided us into town through a shortcut. We thought he was going to point us in the right direction but he shone a torch for us for the whole distance. So helpful!
The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. There is a newly updated room that has the addition of a lovely fireplace which will be a real bonus in the cooler season. It looks like a room in a boutique hotel! Excellent value for money!

Fantastic and friendly owner who supported us with everything. He gave us many advices regarding sightseeing, restauratns and shops. Delicious breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view. Lot of space, calm and tranquil surrounding. We could vist the House again.
