We only needed to stay in Negombo for one night before heading south since we landed late at night. Alanka who owns the property was able to arrange to personally pick us up from the airport, served us tea on arrival even though it was very late at night, and made sure we were comfortable in our rooms. We even got a free room upgrade that made us even more comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was included as well and Alanka took us down to Unawatuna in his van, showing us interesting sights on the way including a lovely turle sanctuary. Highly recommend!

Very close to the airport, we just needed to relax before our flight. It was the perfect place for that.. a hidden gem in the middle of the nature, quiet, beautiful swimming pool, the kindest staff, they cooked us a delicious dinner, so we didn't even need to get out of the property for anything.. and the owner is also responsible for the airport transfer, so it was so easy to go to the airport early in the morning! Highly recommend this place!

We only stayed one night but Dulshan was really attentive - he arranged a car for our onward trip and a taxi from the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a fan and AC as well as a very spacious bathroom. The grounds are also really well maintained.
Breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of food for just $7 extra per person.
We really enjoyed our stay in Dulshan and his wife’s Villa, and highly recommend it!
