The staff where so friendly. This place is conveniently located just outside the city center. The food is great and the staff is exceptional. The Pool area and the rooms are fine as well. We really enjoyed our stay of 4 days at this hotel mainly thanks to the great local staff.

The hotel was an amazing find. A small boutique resort and spa but big on customer care and comfort. Our poolside room was clean and very well appointed, offering a level of luxury normally associated with large chain hotels. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, offering advice pre-arrival and during our stay. Staff helped us organise private transport and a guide for tours. The poolside restaurant served a mix of delicious Asian and Western food and beverages, all with a smile and an attention to detail. The gardens were very well maintained and provided an environment of calming privacy, closing out the hustle of local traffic. My wife used the spa facilities, finding them very professional and skilled.

The staff are super friendly. This was our first time in cambodia, and Shintana Saya Residence has made our trip one of the best trips we ever have. I wish I could give them 11/10 for everything. I will definitely come back. My 2 kids love this hotel. Please ask the hotel for all the tours, including private tours. The cost is very reasonable, but world-class services.

Rama and his team are exceptional and it’s the most beautiful, peaceful oasis. We adored Siem Reap and could not have chosen a more perfect base. Loved the pool and Spa and really enjoyed taking a tuk tuk into town in the evenings. The staff are wonderful and really made our stay. We will be back for sure. There seems to be so much choice in Siem Reap accommodation wise, and we are so glad we chose here.
