The team reached out to us before hand to ensure everything was ready for our arrival. Chhut Thy was super helpful and just a message away if we needed anything for our room. We had an early checkout, and he had a breakfast box ready for our next trip. They were even nice enough to upgrade our room as well. The staff are friendly. Everything is clean within the rooms and even fitted with cute decor.
